  1. The student is responsible for their purchase decisions using the Hocking College Bookstore Online Webstore.
  2.  Students will have to use a VISA or MASTERCARD Credit Card to make purchase using the Online Webstore.
  3. Purchases have a two-week return policy on campus and includes online students.
  4. Clothing purchases made online may only be returned, if they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. All tags must remain on the item and the only reasons for return would be it does not fit, or was the wrong item shipped. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be returned to the shipper and will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  5. Online orders will be processed in 2--4 business days.
  6. "In store order pick up" orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase date.



Campus Bookstore Purchases:


The Student is responsible for all purchase decisions in the Hocking College Bookstore. Staff can advise a student to a point about the purchase of items, but the final decision is up to the student.

Campus Bookstore Refund Policy:

REFUNDS are given in the original form of payment recieved for the item.  Proper proof of the original purchase will need to be provided for a full refund to be issued.

  1. If a credit card is used to purchase, then the refund will be returned to the credit card.
  2. If Financial Aid is used then the refund will be returned to the Financial Aid account used.
  3. Cash or Check transactions are always refunded in the form of a check issued by the college to the Student. The check will be mailed to the students address on file.**

**Note: If any money is owed to the College by the student, the cash or check refunds will be held to offset the money owed and any remainder will be returned by check.
