Textbook Refunds
Full Amount for books will be refunded if:
- Books are bought and returned within the first two weeks of a semester, or returned within two weeks of receipt date.
- Class is cancelled or student drops the class, proof of either case must be provided.
- Student must have the Original Receipt.
- Book MUST meet the following conditions, no exceptions:
- Book is in the same condition as purchased
- No writing in the book
- No missing pages or cover
- No bent pages or cover
- No broken spine.
- No damage to any corner of the book
- NO WATER DAMAGE
- If book was originally purchased in a shrink-wrapped package, then that shrink wrap must be intact
- ACCESS CODES MUST BE UNOPENED AND UNUSED
